We are a blank check company. We intend to focus our search on businesses in Asia, though we are not limited to a particular industry or geographic region for purposes of consummating an initial business combination. Because our management team has a substantial network in the PRC, we may pursue a business combination with a company doing business in China, which may have legal and operational risks associated with such a decision. We believe that our management team and board of directors is well positioned to identify and execute compelling business combination opportunities. Our objectives are to generate attractive returns for shareholders and enhance value through identifying a high-quality target, negotiating favorable acquisition terms for our shareholders, and leveraging our expertise and network to improve business performance of the newly-publicly listed company. While we may pursue an acquisition opportunity in any business, industry, sector or geographical location, we intend to focus on industries that complement our management team’s background and network, and to capitalize on the ability of our management team and board of directors to identify and acquire a business.
